The machine replaces the traditional cutting method with a new material transport and processing design. As it passes through, the board is guided over the entire surface of a 600 mm diameter drum and then cut with straight knives. This ensures straight, smooth and precise cut edges without unwanted material deflection.

Send an inquiryThe machine is equipped with an automatic collection system that takes the pre-cut blanks and automatically transports them to the stacking platform, from where they proceed to the second cutting process.
The second cutting unit trims the board to the required final size with straight knives. At the same time, edge trim is automatically removed, reducing manual handling and making further processing easier.
After cutting, the finished sheets are automatically conveyed out of the machine via a separate output conveyor belt.
