550GH is a powerful programmable guillotine with hydraulic knife and clamp drive, offering a 550 mm cutting width and a pile height of up to 80 mm. Hydraulics provide high and even clamping and cutting pressure, and therefore a clean and precise cut even on high piles and harder materials – cutting precision is ±0.3 mm.
The modern compact hydraulic system delivers more power in a smaller size and leaves more storage space in the machine base. The backgauge, driven by a dual ball screw with linear rails, moves smoothly and accurately, and cuts are programmed on a touch screen (99 programs with 16 steps each). Safety beams protect the operator and a laser shows the cut line.
