This multifunctional machine is designed for precise and efficient cutting of paper cores to the required lengths. Its design allows cores of various diameters and lengths to be processed and is suitable for both one-off and serial production. It ensures stable material guidance, precise cutting and high repeatability of dimensions, contributing to higher productivity and less waste.

The cutting section is equipped with an automatic tube alignment system that helps keep the material in the correct position throughout cutting, contributing to high cut accuracy.
Cutting is stable and even. The cut surface is clean, straight and free of unwanted burrs, deformation or edge damage, so the finished cores or tubes are ready for further processing without additional finishing.
The cutting knife set is servo-driven, allowing very precise positioning and fast response when changing the cut length. Servo control also contributes to higher production speed, repeatability and accuracy of each cut, reducing defective pieces and unnecessary offcuts and making better use of the material.
The machine is designed to minimise waste. The minimum remaining material length can be just 30 mm, which is especially advantageous when processing larger volumes or more expensive materials.
The machine can cut material in a wide range of working dimensions, approximately from 1 to 39″ (approx. 25–990 mm). This makes it suitable for producing various types and sizes of paper cores, tubes, rings and similar products used in the packaging, paper, textile or industrial sectors.
