Main features

The patented 4-station design allows four production phases to run at the same time. In the lower section, the operator loads, aligns and clamps the book; the second section performs inspection. The printing unit at the top applies water-based ink using digital heads. At the end of the line the books are unloaded by the operator.

The machine is equipped with four clamps with automatic circulation control for continuous printing.

The continuous ink supply system ensures uninterrupted and fast production without breaks.

High print quality

Printing at a high resolution of 720 x 1200 DPI is comparable with traditional printing in terms of quality and colour saturation.

When placed in the clamp, the book's own weight aligns the edge, so the printing surface is flat and ready for printing.

The professional HP solution guarantees print quality. The machine can be fitted with HP841 (130 mm) or HP477 (210 mm) print heads. Printing takes approximately 2 seconds (depending on edge size/length).
