Send an inquiryThe patented four-station design allows four production phases to run simultaneously. In the lower section, the operator loads, aligns and clamps the book; the second section performs inspection. The printing unit in the upper part applies water-based ink using digital heads. The books are then unloaded by the operator.
The machine is equipped with four book clamps with automatic circulation control for continuous automatic printing. The continuous ink supply system ensures uninterrupted and fast production. Printing at a high resolution of 720 x 1200 DPI is comparable with traditional printing in terms of quality and colour saturation. When placed in the clamp, the book's own weight aligns the edge, so the printing surface is flat and ready for printing.
