Introduction

In an ever-evolving market, with rising quality requirements and standards applied depending on the intended use of folding cartons - mainly for packaging in the pharmaceutical industry, premium cosmetics, food, cigarettes and other high-value packaging products - the demands are very high. That is why the Inspeed 50 sorting and inspection machine meets all these high requirements. It includes the EyeC inspection module with software integrated into the equipment, thanks to which Inspeed 50 detects defects in specific areas or across the entire material and rejects them as needed. Inspeed 50 detects all print and color defects, chips, or minor packaging damage, as well as embossing residue, and can immediately reject all these defects. The universal reporting function allows acceptable quality criteria to be defined so that errors do not occur.
