Introduction

The VERSOR inspection machine was designed as a standalone module that can be connected to any gluing line. The design concept assumes permanent installation and use of the module regardless of whether the user uses the EyeC inspection system function itself or not.

Main Features

Advertising metal plasma cutter adopts bench-gantry structure, welded after vibration aging treatment to eliminate stress, so that in long-term use there is no deformation.
The entire mechanical drive system uses rolling bearings and precision-machined gears of grade 6 accuracy, meshing with the rack.
Planetary reduction drive system: the input/output error of the steel plasma cutter's drive is only 16 arc minutes; at the same time, an automatic backlash compensation device is added to both the horizontal and vertical gear drive structures, so that the steel plasma cutter can accurately follow the commands issued by the CNC control.
Active end beam: the vertical rail features an automatic clamping-device-oriented structure with no eccentric clamping, relying on an automatically detachable power-oriented structure to drive both ends. Combined with smooth running on the rail, this avoids the wheels clamping too tightly or too loosely.

Available for cutting steel, iron, copper, galvanized sheet, plated steel and other electrically conductive materials. Equipped with rotation (extra charge), the metal plasma cutter can also be used for cutting flat surfaces.
