Feeder

• The feeding system uses a Lead Edge feeder with three shafts.
• The upper feed roller is fully rubber-coated, while the lower one is a grooved steel roller, significantly reducing the risk of damaging the board flutes.
• Pressure is controlled pneumatically, so the sheet is fed with optimal pressure, which is more reliable than spring systems.

Printing unit

• The printing cylinder uses a hanging plate mounting system.
• Rubber roller system: specially ground ink transfer ensures high print quality.
• Quality metal anilox roller: surface-ground, pressed, hard chrome-plated.
• Roller gap adjustment via a two-stage worm gear with a numerical indicator (0–10 mm).
• Memory function: the system stores the print position and automatically restores it after a reset.
• The unit is equipped with a low-ink alarm and allows real-time monitoring of the ink system.

Slotting unit

• The upper pressure wheel is polyurethane-coated so it does not damage the board.
• Slotting with double knives on one shaft, box height set via PLC and digital electric positioning, controlled from the touch screen.
• The slotting phase is set via the PLC touch panel, including machine start and stop settings.
• Lateral movement of the slotting knife holder and pressure wheel is controlled by synchronous electric adjustment. PLC set-up – enter the carton dimension and it adjusts automatically.
• Line gap and tool shaft adjustment uses a self-locking design.
• Electronic collision protection for each slotting knife holder.
• Slotting knife width 7 mm, alloy, heat-treated and ground. Serrated slotting knife, double trimming knife, sharp edge, high precision.

Die-cutting unit

• Phase and axial adjustment of the die-cutting cylinder uses a planetary gear, controlled via the PLC touch panel with electric digital adjustment over 360°. Axial movement is also PLC-controlled with electric digital adjustment, range ±10 mm.
• The cylinder cut repair mechanism allows the rubber blanket to be reused, significantly reducing operating costs.
• A differential compensation device automatically adjusts the rotation of the rubber blanket to ensure an exact match between the carton cut and the die shape.
• Mechanical lateral movement of the rubber cylinder ±30 mm extends the life of the die-cutting rubber blanket.

Stacking unit with vibration device

• The main belt conveyor can work in automatic and manual mode and its speed is controlled completely independently of the other machine sections.
• The elevator (stacking) system is driven by a powerful brake motor and its movement automatically adapts to the stack height thanks to a sensor.
• Smooth operation is ensured by a counterweight and the entire mechanism has a safety system that protects both operator and machine.

Main drive

• High-precision bevel gear, quality 20CrMnTi carburised steel, finely ground high-strength transmission gears with good wear resistance, low noise and long torque ensure precise machine rotation.
• Lubrication – closed spray lubrication system for transmission accuracy and long service life.
