Introduction

Bizpress 13 R uses the most advanced production principle, namely an LED system and EA toner. This narrow-web digital press is now becoming an important player on the market. It excels in high quality, high efficiency and low operating costs. Most print service providers and suppliers need to increase their profits and become more flexible in the digital printing business. Printing speed 7.26 m/min it handles 1,000-metre rolls with various jobs, with easy roll changes only 3 to 4 times. (This means you can achieve more than 20,000 metres per month of production.) A resolution of DPI 1 200 × 2400 guarantees high quality and high colour saturation, whereas other printers work at 600x600 DPI. The BIZPRESS 13R can print on papers with a thickness of 50 ~ 350 microns, PET, PP, PE and even PVC films, including Tyvek, which is difficult to print with LED printers. A built-in high-voltage ionizer prevents static problems. The cooling system and instant fixing mechanism support a wider range of compatible media. A web guiding system is optionally available. Automatic pneumatic expanding shafts and an automatic pneumatic tension control system make operation easier. Technical data
