Send an inquiryThis high-speed industrial inkjet printing system uses the latest generation of EPSON S3200 piezoelectric print heads with on-demand ink circulation and a maximum resolution of up to 1200 × 2400 dpi. Thanks to its proprietary print head control system, it delivers exceptionally high print quality, accurate reproduction of details and stable colour output even in long-term operation.
The machine is equipped with an advanced duplex paper feeding system with a pressure roller and bottom-grip and rear-suction technology that ensures maximum sheet stability during printing. The result is high registration accuracy with a deviation of less than 0.1 mm for both four-colour and duplex printing.
The printing system is designed for a monthly volume of up to 2–5 million A4 pages, so it can handle peak jobs as well. The dual-channel paper feed mechanism ensures smooth sheet transport and easy adaptation to different grammages. The fully servo-controlled drive also responds quickly to operating conditions, increasing the overall stability of the machine.
