MFB is a fully automatic saddle stitch booklet maker with a two-bin feeder and face trimmer. Unlike standard booklet makers it is equipped with a creasing and perforating tool – the cover can be creased before stitching and folding for a better finish, and sheets can be perforated in T or L shape (partial perforation is optional).
The patented progressive creasing function makes square-back booklets without cracking, even on heavy stock. The hand-married function allows booklets made of more than two kinds of sheets, and the read mark function prevents losses caused by a wrong sheet order.
The line handles jobs from phone-size manuals up to A3 magazines. Full automation makes booklet production from digital print quick and easy.
