The 30 UV DTF is a compact digital roll-to-roll printer for producing UV transfer stickers (crystal labels) that are simply applied to the final product after printing with no further processing. The machine uses piezoelectric printing technology with Epson i1600 heads and prints in a CMYK + white + varnish configuration, achieving high quality, vivid colours and effects including gloss or spot varnishing. An integrated laminating system allows lamination directly during printing, which greatly simplifies the whole process and increases productivity.

The enclosed design minimises dust and ensures consistent output quality. The resulting transfers are resistant to water, scratches and light and adhere strongly to a wide range of materials such as plastic, metal, glass, wood, ceramics or leather.
