Production process

Primer coating application process: Before UV coating, blow off the air and apply the primer coating. Spot coating and/or cold foil stamping is then applied by the nozzle heads. Cold foil stamping technology: The foil is transferred only onto the area where the primer coating was applied in the previous step. Cold foil stamping technology makes it possible to significantly reduce foil waste. If the stamping area is very small, the foil can be rewound and reused for stamping again, reducing production costs. Digital spot UV coating: Thanks to the nozzle heads, you can apply UV coating directly from a computer file. This way of working is very fast and simple. 3D effect: In a single pass you can create a coating thickness ranging from 10 to 100 microns, which is good for personalized design. Digital stamping: Without the need for a die or stamping plates, you can perform stamping directly from a computer file onto printed sheets, saving time and costs. Multiple stamping: With several passes you can perform multiple stamping to add a glitter effect to the prints. This way you can have both UV coating and cold foil stamping effects on a single print.
