Model 7100 is an air jogger designed for the digital print market. Air from ten adjustable vents separates the sheets and eliminates the static created in digitally printed sheets; vibration then aligns the stack precisely against the stops.
A well-aligned stack without stuck sheets is the prerequisite for trouble-free processing on guillotines, folders, booklet makers and other finishing equipment. Air blast, vibration power and jog time are set on the control panel according to paper type, and the table angle according to sheet size and thickness.
The machine takes sheets up to 350 × 480 mm, 45–400 gsm, and up to 1000 sheets (70 gsm). It comes as a tabletop model with a foot pedal as standard, with an optional height-adjustable floor stand.
