The LPSC33 is a fully automatic finishing system that combines lamination, longitudinal cutting and cross cutting in one process. Thanks to the integrated cutting unit, no further manual trimming is needed after lamination – the finished product leaves the machine in its final format.
The machine can trim laminated sheets on all four sides and also split a large sheet into up to 5 smaller pieces using programmable cross cutting. Knife cutting allows various films to be processed, such as PET, BOPP, nylon or soft touch, without risk of damaging the material.
The LPSC33 uses roll film, which allows more precise format adjustment and reduces waste compared with traditional pouch laminators. Optionally, the machine can also be used for foil on toner.
